Custom product development and bespoke electronics

Due to a continued focus on product development, TUK has produced an alternative method of mounting our standard temperature controllers. For a number of different reasons, many machine manufacturers want to customise the look of their control electronics.
This new mounting method gives manufacturers the ability to customise their front panel without having to incur the cost of designing custom electronics.

Our standard range offers excellent functionality and technical features and now YOU can decide how it looks.
The special bracket can be adapted to fit into existing metalwork, we can then design and manufacture a custom overlay to be adhered over it.

The chosen overlay can be designed to correspond with the display and control keys on the front facia of the controller. Alternatively,
digital inputs can mimic the function of the keys allowing these to be located remotely in a position of your choice.

At TUK we recognise that not all control applications can be fulfilled using our standard range of control products.This could be for many reasons, some machinery and processes demand multiple
inputs, perhaps additional speed control, timer circuits, or custom displays – the possibilities are endless!

It is for these reasons we offer a full ‘turn key’ solution from design all the way through to manufacture.

Many of our standard products can be adapted to keep development costs to an absolute minimum; in addition to this our design engineers can also produce a completely bespoke solution.

We can assist with, or put forward, a full specification based around your initial ideas of what you need to achieve. This can then be developed from a prototype all the way through to full manufacture.
