K30 Din Rail Mounted PID Controller/Programmer for use with Remote Displays or HMIs
The K30 is a PID controller and programmer that has been specifically developed to interface with various different display methods.
This din rail mounted instrument can communicate via a 5 pin plug and cable with the chosen display module.

Universal Key for Fast Instrument Programming
Most of the instruments in the Tecnologic range have the ability to accept the programming key via a 5 pin plug in the instrument housing.
This allows very fast and completely repeatable programming at the touch of a button.The key has its own power supply so it can be used to power up an instrument straight from the box via its 5 pin connection. Alternatively the key will work without its power supply if the instrument is wired in situ to its supply.
The Key has a series of dip switches located under a removable cover, these can be set in various different combinations. When the key is inserted into the instrument these combinations dictate if it will up load or down load a set of parameters to and from the instrument when the key’s button is pressed.
The key is also used as a portal via its usb connection when working with the Tecnologic configuration software tools.
K85 DIN Rail Mounted PID Controller
The K85 PID controller offers similar functionality to the Din sized K series controllers in a din rail mounting package.
These units are designed to be installed inside a panel on a din rail, with or without the display showing through a cut out in the panel door.

Applications
The K30, K85 and TLZ35 make up our range of din rail mounted instruments. These instruments offer more flexibility than their panel mounted equivalents and are often used as alarm modules or PLC expansion modules installed inside a panel.
In addition to this the K30 has been designed to neatly interface with various different kinds of HMI from touch screens to bespoke PCB display boards.
