  Universal Key for Fast Instrument Programming

  Most of the instruments in the Tecnologic range have the ability to accept the programming key via a 5 pin plug in the instrument housing. This allows very fast and completely repeatable programming at the touch of a button.

  The key has its own power supply so it can be used to power up an instrument straight from the box via its 5 pin connection. Alternatively the key will work without its power supply if the instrument is wired in situ to its supply.

  The Key has a series of dip switches located under a removable cover, these can be set in various different combinations. When the key is inserted into the instrument these combinations dictate if it will up load or down load a set of parameters to and from the instrument when the key’s button is pressed.

  The key is also used as a portal via its usb connection when working with the Tecnologic configuration software tools.

The K31 and K32 are single and dual display PID controllers in an identical package to the K38/39 instruments.

Both instruments offer the same auto tuning PID algorithm however the 31 and 32 have key additions to their specifications setting them apart.
