Digital thermostats (-50 to 500°C)

TLZ 11

The TLZ range of fully programmable thermistor and pt1000 input digital thermostats can be used in various on/off control applications.
Previously units of this kind have only been available with a temperature range of up to 150°C.

We now also offer a high temperature range that can measurement up to 300 deg c using a NTC thermistor and up to 500 deg c using a pt1000 sensor.

   
   
Digital thermostat TDL51 ( -50 to 99 )

The TDL51 is a compact on/off style digital thermostat. Ntc input only with 1 x 16 amp relay output. A very simple 2 digit display instrument that offers a smaller than normal package size for applications where size is an issue.

   
   
2 output PID controller with integral timer option
TLK 38 and 39

The TLK 38/39 are powerful microprocessor PID controllers. This range of instruments uses flash processors which allow custom features and controls accuracy not previously available in this package size. New features include the possibility of an integral timer and custom menu structures. This range of units accepts all standard inputs including thermocouples, Rtd’s and analogue signals.

TLK 31 and 32

The TLK 31/32 range offers similar functionality to the TLK 38/39 range with a slightly higher specification.
Extra features include up to 4 outputs which can be different combinations of logic or relays, the possibility of two digital inputs and RS485 modbus communications


   
   
DIN mounting controller/alarm  
TLK 35

The TLK 35 is a DIN rail mounted PID microprocessor temperature controller. Using the same internal electronics and software as the TLK 31/32 range this unit offers excellent process control results.

These instruments are also widely used as an over temperature alarm due to their ability to locate inside electrical panels on a DIN rail.

TLK 48/49

The family of Tecnologic products continues with the standard DIN size packages (single and dual display versions are also available). These units offer all the industrial features you would expect along with the possibility of an integral timer option.

Separate, more powerful timers are available (also in the process control section). However, these ‘all-in-one’ units offer a more competitive alternative.

TLK 41, 42 and 43

The TLK 41/42 single and dual display controllers offer similar functionality to the TLK 48/49 range with a slightly higher specification. Extra features include programmable inputs, up to 4 outputs which can be different combinations of logic or relays and the possibility of RS485 modbus communications.

The TLK 43 instruments also have programmable inputs along with up to 4 outputs. These outputs allow for different combinations of logic, relay or analogue.



   
   
TT34/49 TC34/49 Timers and counters

Tecnologic’s timers and counters are fully programmable whilst remaining easy to use. Used where accurate counting or timing of a critical process is needed ( not real time) these powerful units cover a multitude of applications.


   
   
Intelligent input/output modules, TLK35-SI-T/ TLK32-SI-T

The TLK Intelligent Input Output expansion units offer a low cost way of expanding a PLC or HMI’s inputs & outputs whilst adding functions like PID control & alarms. On board signal conditioning allows most types of sensors to be directly connected & outputs can be controlled over the RS485 communications.

Internal control & alarm functions will continue to work even if the communications fail,

providing a very stable environment for important processes.


   
   
TDA input expansion module

The TDA Intelligent Input expansion units offer a low cost way of expanding a PLC or HMI’s inputs whilst adding a single independent alarm output which will still work even if communications are lost.

A single unit can accept up to 8 analogue plus 4 logic inputs and all have a single programmable alarm relay output.

   
   
Multi-input PID and logic controller

The 320 series PID & Logic controller is software programmable to suit simple low cost OEM control solutions requiring multiple analogue sensor inputs & simple logic with a display.

The unit can replace both PID controllers & PLC’s saving hardware and wiring costs in one compact 1/8 Din 96 x 48mm enclosure which can be panel or enclosure mounted.

Up to 4 analogue sensors & 9 logic inputs plus 28 outputs (relay & logic) can be connected, with display options from 5 digit led’s, Text, to full touchscreen capability.

We can customize this unit quickly and easily to suit your requirements for production without having to design a custom control board.

Multiple instruments can be networked together sharing data without the need for a computer.

   
   
Modular multi-loop controller

The Multi-400 control system is a low cost dedicated software programmable process control system & datalogger.

It combines both PID and logic control whilst accepting almost any sensor or analogue signal type directly, keeping costs down & simplifying installation.

Just select the master ICC400 CPU control module which houses the real time clock, 3 communications ports, up to 8 sensor & 3 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs & 4 isolated analogue outputs.

This can be expanded further with external modules for digital I/O and datalogging to 1 GB flash memory card.

Each master CPU control module is capable of up to 12 PID loops, extensive timing, event & logic functions, floating 32 bit Maths, Polynomial calculations, and can be expanded using additional master modules if needed.

Programming is easier than an equivalent PLC because we have windows environment pre written software modules & can be expanded using basic language macro functions which can be combined to create a complete solution to almost any application.

Most people choose one of our HMI’s to provide graphical touch screen functionality.


   
   
ICC400 multi-loop expansion unit

These din mounting expansion modules are designed to increase the capability of the ICC400 controller. Up to 2 additional input /output modules can be added plus the data-logging with smart card reading device.

The ICC400 controller is easily connected using the I/O expansion port provided.

Status LED’s are present for each input & output helping with commissioning & diagnostics.
