The entire range includes a vast amount of panel and din rail mounted control products. This range begins with a basis on/off digital thermostat that uses a standard thermistor probe and it continues right through to intelligent/PLC software based solutions.

Moving on from thermostatic control we have our TLK range of panel and din rail mounted PID controllers. These instruments are designed for use by manufacturers where high specification and precise control are needed. The TLK range of instruments have a high level control algorithm for exceptionally tight control and stability coupled with other features such as built in timers, digital inputs, rs485 comms, PID auto tune and custom menu capability.

At the top end of our control offering are various software based din rail and panel mounted PLC products. Our multi loop logic controllers are aimed at specific projects that need either multiple inputs and outputs or connectivity with touch screens and computer networks.

Our new range of HMI’s offer exceptionally high quality graphics and resolution with high degree of conncectivity. Any of our standard instruments with RS 485 modbus communications with talk directly to any of these screens and graphic displays.

This gives us the capability to offer enhanced astetics and functionality whilst still using our standard control solutions. Alternatively our touch screens can be used with our Multi loop controllers or any major manufacturers PLC as hundreds of different drivers are available as standard.

Our Standard products can be adapted for use in bespoke applications, however we also offer a full design and manufacture service. Our design engineers can work from concept all the way through to manufacture taking on board your ideas and requirements.

This allows us to produce a product that meets with your specification exactly whilst special attention is made to keep development costs to a minimum.

Within our range of instruments we have various models that accept 4-20 mA or 0-1/0-10 v inputs.

These inputs are common when measuring humidity as the majority of all sensors have one of these standard signals. Displays and controllers are available in all din and non din sized packages along with a standard sensor in duct or wall mounted configuration.

For applications where display is required without control we have a standard range of panel and din rail mounted instruments covering all din and non din sizes. Various inputs are available including thermocouple, pt100, thermistor, 4-20 mA, 0-1 or 0-10 v.

In addition to display process values these units can have various alarm functions and relay or logic outputs.
