Solid state relays |
|
We offer a vast range of high quality solid state devices, starting with pcb mounted devices up to high current 3 phase devices. In addition to the standard zero cross units for switching resistive loads our range includes devices for switching inductive loads such as lighting and motors.
The range also includes specialist products for motor reversal, phase angle control and DC voltage switching using bi polar and mosfet technology.

| SO range |
|
The SO range of relays offers, zero cross switching in a standard panel mount package with built in IP20 cover and status led. Two ranges within this SO package exist one optimized for resistive loads SO9, the other SO8 has a higher level of immunity to voltage transients etc. The products within this range have ratings up to 125 amps, at these levels a special termination kit is available for large diameter cables.

| SILD and SOD system monitoring relays |
|
This range of diagnostic relays are designed to monitor various relay and load conditions. Primarily to flag up an ssr or load failure. The patented design monitors both the input status ( control signal) and the switched output of the relay. By comparing these values in its microprocessor it will change the status of the diagnostic led’s and alarm output in any of these fault conditions;
Loss of mains supply
Load open circuit ( eg blown heater)
Failure of its switched output
If any of the conditions occur its alarm will go open circuit signalling a fault to your PLC or control panel.
