DC Solid State Relays
These relays are based around three types of technology Mosfet, Bipolar and IGBT:-
- Mosfet: Where over current capability and low dissipated power are needed;
- Bipolar: Where low control current is needed;
- IGBT: For high voltage applications up to 600 VDC.
