Ascon’s ATT1 is a hockey puck style transmitter that can convert a thermocouple, RTD, or millivolt signal into a 4-20mA output. This powerful and configurable instrument can be programmed wirelessly with two different tools: an Android smartphone equipped with NFC capabilities and a free ATNFC APP or with a Windows PC by purchasing the NFC programmer/software package (part # TX-AS-AFC1-ATNFC).
Using these tools it is possible to configure the transmitter (sensor type, retransmitted range); store all the configurations you want; send a stored configuration to a new device; print all data (configuration or current measurement); see the current measured value.
Using the PC (equipped with TX-AS-AFC1-ATNFC) it is also possible to prepare and download your own custom linearization.
