Products ordered in error

If you are returning a product that you ordered in error, you can return this immediately to the address below (you need to pre-pay postage and a processing charge of 20% may apply). All items must be returned in a saleable condition.

Faulty Item

Please note Tecnologic UK Ltd Returns Policy is to investigate and test any items returned to us under Warranty (12 months). In some cases this may necessitate returning the item to the Factory for investigation, repair and report which can take up to 10 weeks when the Factory in question is outside the UK.

On receipt of the Factory Report the unit will either be returned to the Customer [if either no fault has been found, or the unit has been repaired], or, if the unit is un-repairable due to a factory defect , a Credit will be raised and sent to the Customer.

Replacement units can be sent immediately to the Customer, prior to any investigation into reported faults but will be invoiced accordingly.
